That setting, set as you say it is, will create 2 analog output devices in the Sound control panel. What playback devices do you have listed in the sound control panel? If that doesn't work, what speakers/headphones are you using? Make sure that "Device usage" at the bottom is "Use this device (enable)". If you don't hear anything, click Cancel. Make sure Stereo is selected and click the Test button to hear audio. Click on Speakers and then click the Configure button. The Realtek Digital Output should say ready. There should be a green check on Speakers and it should say Default Device. With your speakers plugged in to the port on the back, you should see Speakers and Realtek Digital Output. Make sure that "Playback Device" in "Device advanced settings" is set to "Mute the rear output device, when a front headphone is plugged in."Ĭheck the audio devices after you change that back. I suggest that you don't disable front panel detection. Speakers, Realtek HD Audio 2nd output, and Realtek Digital Output. With your current settings you will likely have three playback devices. Right-click on the Realtek HD Audio Manager in your task bar and select "Audio devices". ![]()
